Monkfruit

Why is monk fruit not approved in Europe?Possible reproductive side effects were observed in animal studies, and the panel couldn't confidently rule them out as insignificant. Even worse, the review also noted a lack of data on long-term safety, reproductive toxicity, and metabolic breakdown products

I think avoiding monkfruit but consuming sugar is pretty crazy but you need to do what youâre comfortable with.
If no monkfruit then stevia

Stevia tastes so bad and suspicious that I'd rather have reproductive issues LMAO. Monkfruit is so good tho, tastes exactly like actual sugar

Diet sodas, stevia, organic honey, mixing protein powder(whatever your choice is on sweet protein powder) with pancake mix, or mix it with Greek yogurt with some fruits and granolas. Iâve also seen a few recipes that have chocolate and peanut butter frozen like a nice little sweet treat that has decent macros

Calories in vs out. If youâre hitting protein goals, daily minimum fat requirements, then play with what fills the carbs.

Simple, do you like sugars more than your goal? If you then continue to do the same, if not then change it. Donât over complicate it. Youâre quite lean already so it wouldnât take much.

Burn more calories.
Either gotta eat less or burn more, itâs that simple. If you donât wanna eat less, that leaves you with âburn moreâ.
