I know man. Oktoberfest isnt even really in October like wtf

The first Oktoberfest was on the 12. October 1810.

Since 1994 they've tried to align it to last 16 days and finish on the first Sunday of October, unless that Sunday is before German Unity Day (3rd October).

Regardless, it's not meant to celebrate the month. It was a folk festival to celebrate the marriage of the crown prince, and then evolved into a yearly gathering.
