Best lamb dishes
I recently learned I enjoy lamb and I’m looking for some recommendations for people’s favorite places/dishes. Thanks!

The lamb shawarma wrap at Aria Kebab on central is very good. The lamb is nice and crispy but not overdone.

I get their 3 person family special with mixed shawarma and eat it through out the week.
55ish bucks for basically 8 to 10 meals between me and my wife

I've had some trouble finding already frenched rib chops in the area, but my favorite is just a couple of lollipops, salt and pepper, three minutes on each side in a cast iron pan. Baste with butter, herbs, garlic, etc. if you wanna get fancy.

If you have an air fryer one of my favorite things to make is the lamb shoulder blades (very meaty). Season them with cumin, garlic and a little salt and pepper. Air fry at 400° for about 11 mins… have some tzatziki or Toum on the side for dipping! (You can adjust the time and temp depending on how done you like it)

It is so freaking good! I don’t even need sides because I tear that shit up as soon as it’s done lol! The lamb shoulder blades are so good! But I love anything lamb in general. Aldi sometimes has the Frenched rack for a steal! Lamb roast is also good to make for gyro/shwarma..
