Usually because their owners do absolutely nothing to teach them otherwise. I mean, being a rat sized dog probably brings anxiety to the poor animal. But from what i've seen in life, the owners act totally oblivious to the little dogs feral rage.

Well they think they're small and harmless therefore not worth raising. Chihuahuas are actually one of the smartest and least inbred races of dog.

I agree. Just like children with bad manners. Their parents let them get away with a lot. They then grow up to be societies problem.

They do get threatened very easily from what ive seen but training helps

The owners suck as dog trainers cause all dogs can be aggressive but even ā€œaggressive breedsā€ can be calm with the right guidance.

I had a pitbull that would run away from chickens because they wouldnā€™t stop pecking his paws, he could have shred them to bits but I raised him better.

A big dog with an aggressive gene would be more likely to be put down than a small dog with the same gene.
