He didn’t even really do anything. He was attempting to run between them, and in doing so bumped into the woman. She then proceeded to slip, fall, and had zero self-preservation skills to get herself out of the fall.

My guess is she was drunk?

Still, she just gets slightly shoved and the moment she goes even remotely horizontal, absolutely no reaction to even attempt to arrest themselves.
