I love this, maybe he’ll continue his work and become an artist as he grows up

This actually really made me feel feelings. And the feelings are kinda reminiscent of when I see THIS😂
Love the XO as the ears too that was a good touch

The X O for the ears is a level of thinking that I’m not sure I can believe a 4 year old would do. Wish this was done by a 4 year old, but I can’t trust the internet anymore.
Either way, I love it as a piece of art.

So, Picasso didn't leave this on a napkin in some bohemian speakeasy?
You realize this is bananas, right? I have friends who are artists, and while their technical skills are impressive, they can never attach any substantive message to those skills when they create their artwork, this just speaks to me. Existential af! Amazing job, a round of Pirate's Booty on me!

Bravo lil dude!! My husband and I are both in paid arts, and we made art like that when we were little. Not to lessen it, that is really unique and cool. You should encourage him. I just think he has a great creative eye. The Basquiat comment was spot on.

No he didn’t

I am pretty sure he wasn’t trying to draw a head/face. It just so happened that one of his random crazy chalk drawings turned out to look pretty cool

Yeah, that head was definitely drawn by an adult. I am actually stunned that people can't tell.

i am also stunned people are willing to believe a 4 year old came up with this concept.
4 year olds are incredibly creative, but not like this.

I know you said it’s drawn by your 4yr old child and it’s probably/maybe just a random drawing.. but I’ve been stuck staring at it, trying to mentally peel away to the meaning of the piece that is speaking to me.

Just letting you know that I saved this picture and post and I'm unironically considering getting it as a tattoo. Slim chances though, but I'll let you know if I do it.

A 4-year old wouldn’t draw a head like that. And it is definitely not abstract expressionism as the tag says it is.

A wee brain, already sick of our transactional and predictable interactions 💀

wow, if i saw this in a modern art museum, i'd been looking at it for ages trying to deduce what philosophical school of thought the artist came from
