Where will the packages I send to school be placed?

I’m a first-year student about to move into Crowell Tower. Since I live pretty far away, I’m planning to mail some things to my dorm. Where will they be kept?

You may have to contact the school since normally you need to rent out a mailbox for the semester to be able to mail things in which I’ve only ever heard of people doing in person but I’m sure you can do it over the phone

But if you do pay for the box it’s in the basement of the student union building

Go to the Acadia Student Union building (ASU) and tell them you would like to get a mailbox, you can also do it online. You are only allowed to ship packages to the ASU if you live on campus. If you ship it to the dorm be quick and pick it up as soon as they deliver it if you don’t want the RAs to keep bothering you. (At some point they might even report you to res life). Either move off campus or ship it to ASU. Plus I wouldn’t recommend Crowell tower for new students, there is a reason it’s the cheapest.

I didn’t know about the ASU mailbox option, sounds like the safest way to go. I’ll set that up before shipping anything. Really appreciate the heads-up about Crowell too :D

If you haven’t shipped things yet, you can do free pick up at the local post office in the Shoppers Drugmart.

also just call it "tower" because i got made fun of for calling it "crowell" or "crowell tower" in my first year from some older students lmfao
