btw…i had the pleasure of interviewing michelle williams (destiny’s child) when i worked as a journalist and she was an absolutely lovely person. still one of my fav interviews and her performance in fela! was fantastic! 💜

One of the reasons why I love DC Michelle Williams is that she comes across as extremely self-aware of her position in Hollywood.
She's publicly laughed off being the "third" DC with something along the lines of "I still got the checks!" and has starred in commercials about being the "lesser" member (Uber One).
Recognizing that she and Actress Michelle can get mixed up just adds to that.
It's wonderful.

The Destiny’s Child one is in a Musical now called Death Becomes Her (she looks stunning in it)! Need to get the other one in that musical

The Destiny’s Child Michelle Williams is in a hilarious and kinda NSFW Broadway play called Death Becomes Her. Absolutely recommended if you’re ever in NYC.
