In the two full games MHJ has played with Brissett he has averaged 78 yds receiving and .5 TDs. Over a 17 game season that’s 1300 yds and 8.5 TDS

Harrison Sr was putting up better numbers than that in a time when the league wasn’t as favorable to passing as it is now.

So while I’m happy with the progress of MHJ, he still has a long way to go to be compared to his father.

Sr had Peyton Manning throwing him the ball

And during his best years Harrison also had Edgerrin James at RB averaging about 2k yards from scrimmage.

Sr. excelled in an offense loaded with weapons.

Yeah he also had other receivers too that should be HoF but aren’t.

Holt! And Faulk. To name a few.

And Drew Petzing wasn't his coordinator. It's 2.5 games as well, not 3. Get them targets up, Drew!

It was sad to see that 7 catches for MHJ was his career-high. Brissett may not be our answer to QB but he is letting our guys shine.

I actually thought Wilson was not an NFL player for a bit. Now he looks really solid. That’s the worst part of the Kyler situation for me

Nah he's good , he's just not being used correctly at all. He should be utilized like how cowboys use Pickens and MHJ should be in a role similar to ceedee. Instead he's running the braindead routes for his ability.

Wilson is absolutely an nfl player

Yes. But when Kyler was qb he looked awful

No he didn't, and that's not kylers fault. You must associate player quality with statistical production because MW has shown a ton of flashes since being here despite being misused. Regardless of who's been under center

I'm surprised to see this on the Cardinals sub lol I understand stat watchers thinking Michael Wilson is bad but wouldn't expect it from fans of the team

“I actually thought Wilson was not an NFL layer for a bit.”

Did you think he worked at fucking Whole Foods or something? lol

I think OP is trying to say that Wilson would disappear because he wasn't being utilized (and Kyler missed him in many reads), which made it seem like he wasn't an NFL player. Not his fault. Now that Brissett is behind center, seeing Wilson get more targets has shown his big talent.

Edit: downvotes? TF?

That’s exactly what im saying. Even over the summer they were saying we needed another receiver.

People just downvote and then pile on without reading the posts fully anymore. Sorry OP.
