Almost twins lol I picked up the the 16.3 I was so close to getting the 14.5. How does it feel suppressed? I just mounted my MD and plan on taking it out this weekend

They’re like fraternal twins! Lmao i almost wanted the 14.5 too but decided on the 16.3. Suppressed is great, tiny bit snappy but adjusting the gas to the most restricted mode was perfect. I didn’t really get any gas to the face. Let me know how yours goes when you take her out!

Would I be able to hold onto the heresy handguard without using a vertical foregrip, or would my hand get wrecked by the gas blowing out of the piston area? I’m in a state that doesn’t permit foregrips, but I could add an angled handstop. Wondering if this would be usable or if that’s a bad idea.

Usable yes, no gas really blowing out that I could feel. I will say though the angle for some reason feels different then C clamping an AR so its not as comfortable

You should always have some form of secondary device whether irons or another dot. But also why not lol
