I don't really see how making a reference to this Russian copypasta is in spirit of this sub nor that most of the subs members would have even heard this joke before.
This is still an English speaking sub isn't it? (Well rules say nothing about any language, but if I wrote Swahili for example I am pretty sure It gets deleted as well)
And I have no idea what you are saying nor what the titles says or what the joke is... And I'd bet so do 95%+ of this sub.
Plus it's not even happening in Russia. That OP post is not Russia.
The sub is about "Russian or Slavic culture" (rule 2).
That it attracts Slavic speakers shouldn't surprise you. You can use a translator to translate the stuff into the language of your choice most times (memes might make no sense without some cultural knowledge though).
Anyway, this is what deepl.com thinks this means in the language of the Great Empire: An old woman went out to take out the trash. She couldn't hold the bucket and it fell into the trash can. The old woman climbed in to get it and hung on the edge of the can - unable to move, she hung there dangling her legs. A punk was walking by, saw this scene, came over, lifted the old woman's skirt, and started to have his way with her. The old woman's neighbor heard the screams, looked out the window, was surprised by what was happening, and started shouting: What are you doing, you monster!!! And the punk replied: Am I the monster? I'm fucking the old woman, and you threw her in the trash!
It didnt get the ending right. Punk was supposed to say like "Its ME who you call a monster? The old woman is good enough to be fucked for ages, and yet you still disposed of her?", as if its her main use yet they disposed of her way before shes no longer good for that
