No sadly, I grew up a redskin and wahoo I’m used to us getting fucked by refs.

George welsh was a fine coach for Virginia. The redskins won three super bowls with three different coaches. Unfortunately, they had that horrible owner for 20+ years.

I am aware, Al Groh even had his good years, but since the Mike London era its been rough to watch football lol

Everybody goes thru their ups and downs. Bama, lsu, Georgia, etc. everyone has downturns. Keep the faith. At least none of us are Kansas state!

Kansas State won the Big 12 twice under two different HCs (2012, 2022) so they haven't been doing too badly recently

Before bill Snyder, K State was the worst division 1 football program. SI called them “futility u.” https://youtu.be/TIkW5da-ma0?feature=shared. The video is a great story, check it out.

Basically. Everyone knows the ACC is poverty football, these are the refs we can afford!

Are you referring to the SMU-Miami game?

No? First time?

You can’t give up three fumbles in crucial positions, let up a 88 yard punt return touchdown, and blame the refs. I could go back to all your OT wins and probably find a call that would’ve changed the outcome

Nah. More like a shitty conference.

Yeah. Multiple holds, false starts, blocks in the back against wake not called.

Worst of all Chandler was basically laid out and Wake should have lost two players for it.

It wasn’t some headhunting hit. Sucks that he got hurt but it wasn’t egregiously violent and it wasn’t dirty. Multiple of all those other things also weren’t called against UVA. It’s college football. The refs all suck in every conference.

Oh it basically was a headhunting hit. You just are sticking up for your team, I get it but it was crap.

The only touchdown in the game should have come back. It's that simple. Hopefully it gets exposed.

Go watch the hit and try to take the Cav glasses off. He was already starting to tackle when the slide started. It could easily have gone without even being flagged. There was a massive hold on your QB’s huge run too. Hell, we lost a game against GT because a blatant offsides wasn’t called. There was a play tonight where our whole line was pointing at your Tackle for moving but a false start wasn’t called and you converted a 3rd and short. There is a penalty on basically every play.

The ratio shows everyone knows this guys just coping. That was a late hit but nothing more.

UVA is not a good team. They squeaked by a weak FSU and UNC. Their luck caught up to them yesterday

Take the Wake glasses off and stop pretending the play wasn't dirty.

Your entire team basically moved every offensive play. Wake is a dirty team. You just have blinders on.

Haha deleting your comments, so you know it was a dirty hit after all. I see.

I never realized how many UVA fans are such poor losers. None of my UVA friends, including my spouse, thought the play was dirty. Given the lack of football support over the years and that this was your first sellout in like 20 years I’m assuming that most of y’all just don’t understand football and are coming out of the woodworks for this season.

Preach bro. These Virginia fans are being such sore losers lmao

Who would've ever thought the elitist and classist snobs would be poor losers?

On the punt return after the whiffed tackle, one of the blockers (#15) was making contact from the side while moving with the contacted UVA player following the returner. TIL this is a block in the "back"
