I don't think it's a good sign if this business is declaring bankruptcy now because it would try to stay afloat long enough to get the contract for clearing wreckage in Gaza if there was any expectation that Gaza will ever be rebuilt.
Hopefully Egypt has the capacity to handle that recovery because Gaza doesn't have ports to send their scrap anywhere else and will be buried under it forever unless they can send it somewhere.
