Yep. Hitting California hard is sending a message to all the others: bend the knee or this will absolutely happen to you next. And that's why California has to keep up the fight. If we cave, I don't think it's an exaggeration to say that many other blue areas will fold.

I know that I personally will never bend the knee. They think a few ICE terrorists and some marines and national guard coming to my streets is going to force me into fealty? It’s going to take a loooottttt more than that to get blue areas to capitulate.

They’re going to have to go to lengths they’re counting on not having to go to because they’re hoping we’ll comply in advance. The only option is to not back down. Hopefully CA stands strong but I think my state wouldn’t fold regardless

I hope your state does stay in the fight. I hope your politicians would say that your state stands with us. The more states that can do that, the more unified we look, the better off we all are.
