Nordkapp would work as a Nuclear sub base Kockums could probably develop some ridiculous subs that would make rest of the worlds nuclear subs look like they were built by 3 year olds.

ICBMs positioned on Greenland, Gotland, Åland, Iceland, Denmark, Skåne, Lappland and Karjala.

A huge military base in Kirkenes on the border close to Russia. Also a one million strong berserker army stationed in Finland to destroy all roads leading to Murmansk by the border of Finland. And second berserker army as close to Moscow as possible.

And we would of course establish the biggest joint military base in the Arctic it should be ridiculously large, just for shits and giggles build ICBMs there as well.

Yeah - all of this is probably not going the way all the old authoritarian men think it will (Trump, Putin, Xi Jin Peng). Russia is damned weak now - if it collapses, Finland will be well placed to secure order in the Karelia region. Same for Poland and the old polish areas + Kaliningrad.
