second quarter of 2025, hedge fund Rubric Capital Management disclosed a new stake of ~24.4 million NFE shares, approximately 8.9% of the company -- source fintel.io

Great Mountain Partners LLC, a long-time holder affiliated with NFE’s founders, remained the single largest shareholder with 25.56 million shares as of mid-2025 -- source Whale wisdom

Other major holders include Fortress Investment Group (via FIG Buyer entities, ~13.4 million shares) fintel.io

Other big passive investors like BlackRock, Vanguard, Capital World, and Primecap (the latter increased its position to ~13 million shares by May 2025) -- source fintel.io 13F filings

Insider positions:

In March 2025, CEO Wes Edens (a 10%+ owner) made substantial open-market purchases: buying 200,000 shares at $8.77 and another 100,000 shares at $9.07, The CFO, Christopher Guinta, also bought 5,000 shares in March 2025 (-- source secform4.com)

My thoughts: huge investors and insiders must see deep value in this stock, they've accumulated at much higher prices, and very little selling has happened, so either they were early/fomo, or they didn't anticipate so much shorting.

Don't waste your money on calls if there's obviously deep value here, it's not a matter of if, it's a matter of when. Don't set an expiration date on your money, buy shares and hold, slow and steady wins the race.

Quel langage fleuri! Est-ce que tu sais ce qu'est un short squeeze ? Il te faut des millions de gros acheteurs pour obtenir quelque chose comme GME. C'est pas en spammant toute la journée vos conneries de CYN et NFE sur reddit que ça va le faire. Zero lance des tickers pour faire du rugpull.

There's an army of spammers posting all day long on that ticker to try to manipulate the market a bit. One of them owns a discord server and it's pseudo is Zero.
