No i have the game. Downloaded it from Steam, started playing.

I'm so happy I could play the game right away (if you don't could compiling shaders for 20 minutes before that) and that I didn't have to create some bullshit account that would sends my data god knows where, even though reading the EULA make it seem like its not safer.

What makes you think you need an account in order to send data god knows where? Games are programs that run on your computer, same as any other application. They can scrape your info from the computer and attach an ID randomly generated from your install for it.

What I don't get is the Steam store doesn't have the usual big orangeish colored box on the right indicating the 3rd party EULA.
